Nitsa

Hello, my name is Nitsa, I am twenty two and I am from Georgia. I hold a bachelor's degree in International Relations and have broadened my experience through several international programmes. I have led and supported teams, facilitated learning and growth, and connected people with opportunities across educational and international settings.

I value curiosity as part of who a person is. In my view it is an essential part of personal growth, and it matters to keep exploring what works best for our learning, our growth and our becoming. It is always good to seek out experiences and environments that bring new knowledge and skills.

My motivation comes from the fulfilment of doing what you love. When I see that my work has helped someone, it inspires me to do more. I value connections deeply and believe that through our work we can guide and support one another to create a positive impact.

I began taking part in non formal education at fourteen, starting with summer school. At sixteen I attended a Business Week leadership programme in Poland, which sparked my interest in cross cultural learning and leadership. Since seventeen I have volunteered as a Young European Ambassador. During my university years I took part in a range of educational initiatives and co-authored an educational board game, Our European Way. I have also been studying German, which I improved further through language courses in Berlin and Vienna.

My biggest passion is music. I have been writing songs since I was seventeen and released my first single last year. I play the guitar, sing, write poems, compose and produce tracks. I also enjoy reading, photography, cinema, art and picking up new creative hobbies.
