We have not appointed a data protection officer. Write to the address above with anything; we answer it ourselves.

We process your name, e-mail, phone number if you fill it in, the service you selected and the text of your message. We need them to reply. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering someone who asks.

We keep messages from the form for two years from the last communication. If an order arises from your enquiry, the rules for orders below apply.

The form is protected against automated abuse. For that we process technical data including the IP address and use the Cloudflare Turnstile service.

We process your name, e-mail, phone number, billing details, the order and payment data and the time of the consultation. The legal basis is performance of the contract and, for accounting documents, compliance with a legal obligation.

Orders and payments are handled by FAPI and the tax document is issued electronically. We keep accounting documents for as long as the law requires, as a rule ten years from the end of the tax period.

For the account we process your e-mail, your name and your password, which we store only in encrypted form. If you buy the extended version, we also keep a record of the purchase.

About your child we process their first name, possibly their year of birth, the schools you are interested in, test answers and results, and whatever you enter in the app yourself. Files you upload are stored with our processor BunnyWay.

If you use reading grades from a photo of a school report, we send the photo to Anthropic to be read. We do not store the photo; only the grades that were read come back.

If you turn on notifications, we process an identifier of your device so that we can send them. When you buy in the mobile app, the payment details are processed by Apple or Google; we only receive a confirmation that the purchase went through.

The legal basis is the performance of the contract, that is providing the app. We keep the data for as long as the account exists. You can ask us to close the account and delete the data at any time at info@douceni-jinak.cz. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.

Your child's results are seen by you and your child. You share them with anyone else, for example a tutor, only if you do so in the app yourself.

Part of the potential analysis and of university counselling is a conversation with the child. For the app, the section above applies as well. We process their name, year of study and school, information about their results, and what comes out of the conversation and is needed to write the report and the plan.

We process this data on the basis of the contract concluded with the legal guardian, and the report goes to the legal guardian. We do not publish data about a child and do not pass it to anyone else, apart from the educational partner who works with the child and the processors listed below.

If we ever publish anything about a child, for example a story or a result, we do so only with the legal guardian's consent and without a surname.

If you subscribe, we process your e-mail address on the basis of your consent. We send tips about entrance exams, the maturita and the international path, nothing else.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to info@douceni-jinak.cz. After unsubscribing we remove the address from the list.

We work with suppliers who process data for us to the extent needed for the given service:

• Vercel Inc.: running the website
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): sending e-mails from the form and the newsletter
• Cloudflare, Inc.: protecting the forms against automated abuse
• FAPI, s.r.o.: orders, the payment gateway and invoicing
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.: card payments within the payment gateway
• Neon, Inc.: the app database
• BunnyWay d.o.o.: storing files you upload to the app, and video
• Anthropic, PBC: reading a photo of a school report and summarising school inspection reports in the app
• Apple Inc. and Google LLC: the mobile app in the App Store and Google Play, purchases there and phone notifications
• RevenueCat, Inc.: verifying purchases in the mobile app
• Zoom Communications, Inc.: the video calls the consultations run on
• Seznam.cz, a.s.: running our mailbox, and advertising measurement in Sklik with your consent
• Google Ireland Limited: website analytics and advertising measurement, with your consent
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited: anonymous recording of how the website is used (Clarity), with your consent
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited: advertising measurement, with your consent

We also pass data to the educational partners who work with the child and to our accountants, in the scope of accounting documents. We pass data to no one else and we do not sell it.

Some suppliers are based outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on another instrument that safeguards the data.

Technical cookies are necessary for the site to run and for the forms to be protected against automated abuse. They are always stored. This includes the cookie-consent-v1 cookie, which stores your choice from the cookie banner so we do not ask again.

Analytics and marketing cookies are stored only when you give us consent in the banner shown on your first visit. The site runs on Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5M4LGZL), which loads Google Analytics 4 to see which pages help parents and which do not, and advertising measurement in Google Ads, Sklik and on Meta platforms to see whether our advertising makes sense. Google Analytics stores the _ga and _ga_* cookies. This applies to the website and the app. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the site footer.

Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in the service (14 months by default) and is transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection.

Even with consent, we do not send these tools data about your child or the content of what you write to us. What is measured is behaviour on the website, not the content of our services.

• To know what data we process about you and to receive a copy.
• To have it corrected if it is wrong.
• To have it erased if we have no lawful reason to process it.
• To restrict the processing or to object to it.
• To move the data elsewhere.
• To withdraw at any time the consent you gave us.

Just write to info@douceni-jinak.cz. We answer within one month. If you believe we handle your data badly, you can turn to the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

We may update this policy, for example when we start using a new tool. The current version is always here, with the effective date at the top.
