Aleksandre

I am Aleksandre, also called Sasha, a university student who loves discovering and learning new things. I was not always like this: I used to have no interest in many subjects. But thanks to excellent teachers and mentors, in and out of school, I discovered how fascinating the world around us is, and that opened my mind to an endless curiosity that has stayed with me.

I teach the way I was taught, using each student's personal interests to draw them into the topic and building lessons around them. I like to explain complex ideas with simple, familiar examples, and I keep a friendly, judgement free environment where my students and I can explore new solutions together.

Teaching, passing on the torch of knowledge, is a noble job. I would like to inspire students the way my mentors inspired me, and I love the moment a student finally understands something through my explanation.

I am from Georgia, where I completed school along with a specialised IT school and an engineering school. I have plenty of experience working with people from around the world and love discovering cultural differences. I now study Business Administration at the Prague University of Economics and Business.

Visual arts, music, film, books, history, geography, science (especially physics), technology, coding, video and board games, and comics, which I draw myself. I also swim, fence, rock climb, ski, do martial arts and love camping and hiking.
