About Me: I’m a university student studying economics. Curiosity has led me to a lot of places and learn a great deal of stuff like other languages. Outside my curriculum, I’ve been studying Japanese for a total of two and a half years. Learning more stuff gives me opportunities to connect with others and explore more of the world.
My Journey: Four years ago, I got a chance to study IB. Two years later, I finally got my diploma and went to study in the Netherlands for a year. After returning from the Netherlands, I continued to study economics in Georgia. My journey has led me all over Europe, and now it has given me an opportunity to work here.
My Way: I have seen that the most successful teachers fulfill their students’ curiosities and interests and create a friendly atmosphere to help improve their grasp of the subject. From experience, curiosity leads to discovery, leading to further wanting to explore the class in more detail. This discovery may be a different point of view on a subject, which might be more interesting for students or help them have an easier time understanding their current subject.
What Motivates Me: Having three younger siblings whom I had to teach some difficult parts of their classes, I took great pride in their success in school. Seeing others struggle like me always made me want to help others in their success so they have an easier time in their field of study and flourish. I want to pass it on and maybe inspire others to help out each other if they are in need.
Hobbies and Interests: My curiosity has led me to a lot of new interests, From Baking, Gardening, Reading to Photography, Art, and discovering Cultures. From art, I have also found my love for jigsaw puzzles and learning the piano. One of my interests also includes collecting, whether it’s old currency, mint tin boxes, or souvenirs from other countries. The list is too vast to write down here, so I hope to share it with you!
